Residence 24 inverts the conventional house. Where most homes place living spaces at the entrance and bedrooms above, this villa lifts the social life to the top — the main living room, dining, and kitchen occupy the second floor and the sky terrace, reaching for the panoramic views over Vouliagmeni. Bedrooms settle below, into the quiet. Service and logistics — garage, storage, circulation core — are buried in the basement, out of sight. The result is a section organised by altitude and use: the higher you go, the more open and shared the space becomes, until the roof dissolves into an open-air terrace with a skylight that draws daylight down through the levels. The building reads as one continuous face folding around this vertical sequence, rather than a stack of identical floors.
