Glyka Nera House 2

A two-bedroom concrete and stucco residence organised around a central interior patio. Rather than treating the outdoor space as peripheral, the plan places it at the core — a private, landscaped void that connects the kitchen, living areas, and both bedrooms, and draws natural light deep into the interior. The open-plan living and dining area is generous and uninterrupted, with large windows extending the visual field toward the plot and blurring the threshold between inside and out. The kitchen sits adjacent, opening directly onto the patio — practical for daily use and naturally suited to outdoor dining. Both bedrooms face the patio, giving each a quiet, green outlook and a sense of retreat within the house. The basement level accommodates parking and storage, freeing the ground floor entirely for living. Externally, concrete and stucco give the building a clean, durable presence — grounded by the surrounding planting and softened by the greenery visible through every window.
